Trying to figure out the Millennial generation

POLITICO has a great piece on the political / philosophical inclinations of the Millennial generation, which actually dovetails with my observations.

It's interesting both Righties and Lefties are making often clumsy plays for this generation, but many Millennials are deeply suspicious of both sides, are almost apolitical and/or inclined to libertarianism.

Of course, views evolve and commitments to issues may be fleeting.

How about all the Baby Boomers who talked about the environment -- and drive SUVs today?

Or the anti-war folks who who went on to become neo-cons?

Check out "The Millennial-Industrial Complex":

Don't forget, it was Boomers who didn't trust anyone over 30. Now most of them have turned 30 twice.

"Any man who is under 30, and is not a liberal, has no heart; and any man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains." - Sir. Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill.
