The Philadelphia 76ers can boost their record to 6-6 with a win at home tonight against the Memphis Grizzlies. Memphis is 3-8. Philadelphia is coming off a two-point win over Charlotte on Wednesday, and most of the Sixers' wins this season have come against opponents with losing records. The Sixers have listed reserve Rodney Carney as probable for tonight's game. He has a sore wrist, but scored 10 points on Wednesday night. Game time is 7 at the Wachovia Center.
