Juvenile arrested in Wilmington apartment complex fires A juvenile has been arrested for setting several small fires at a Wilmington apartment complex. The fires have been reported in the past couple of weeks at number 5 Colony Boulevard in the Las Casas Apartments. Some of the fires set off alarms and forced residents to evacuate their apartments. A follow up probe led investigators to a suspect who lives in the building. The minor was arrested Wednesday night and was charged with arson and attempted arson.
