Speedy Gas robbed at gunpoint on Philly Pike A gas station on Philadelphia Pike near Claymont is robbed at gunpoint. It happened at Speedy Gas. Police say one man guarded the door while a second man, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a mask, barged into the convenience store at just before 9pm Wednesday, flashed a gun, and demanded cash. The clerk complied, and no one was hurt. Police have no video surveillance of the robbery.
