Elkton man arrested for Bear carjacking A carjacking in Bear Friday morning has landed an Elkton man behind bars. State Police say Kenneth Harrington followed a 76-year-old woman as she left a laundromat in the Fox Run Shopping Center on Route 40 around 7:30, grabbing the victim's keys and pushing her to the ground. Harrington drove away in the victim's car, but a trooper pulled him over minutes later, after a report of an incident at Honda East Motor Sports. Harrington, who police say was carrying a switchblade, is being held at the Howard Young Prison. |
