Senators Carper and Coons have added their names to a letter to President Obama asking that the federal government's 2013 budget be amended to request disaster aid for victims of Hurricane Sandy. Carper and Coons Tuesday joined Senators from 6 other states in asking the President to appropriate funds to help in the recovery process.
