Guns and pot seized in Middletown A Middletown man is under arrest after state police found a large amount of pot and guns on Thursday. It all began as DNREC was investigating illegal hunting in the area, agents found marijuana stored on the property of 59 year-old John Marshall After executing a search warrant, state police discovered 22 pounds of pot and 11 firearms stored at several locations on Marshall's property. Marshall was arraigned and released on 20 thousand dollars bail.
