Expect delays Tuesday afternoon on I-95 near 202 If you're driving in the vicinity of I-95 near 202 Tuesday, there's something you should know about. DelDOT is doing some rock blasting in the area between 1 and 3 p.m. Drivers can expect five to ten minute delays around the blasting locations. There will be message boards up on the road to let drivers know what's happening.
