Claymont fire victim dies A man who was rescued from his house as it burned Friday has died. State Fire Marshal's investigators say the 57-year-old died Saturday from injuries he suffered during the fire at his house in the 1-thousand block of Providence Avenue in Brandywine Estates. The Delaware County Medical Examiner's office is looking into the exact cause of death. The fire started around 12:30 Friday afternoon, and did about 100-thousand dollars' damage to the house. No word yet on a cause. |
