Milton man says he was shot in Wilm. over a dollar A Milton man tells police he was shot over a dollar. it happened Wednesday night on North Spruce street in Wilmington. Police say the suspect approached the victim, who was lost on the east side of town, and asked for a dollar. When the victim refused, the suspect allegedly shot in him the lower body and robbed him. The victim was treated for non life threatening injuries at a local hospital.
