Victim shot in attempted home invasion A burglary attempt ends with bullets flying. Police say two masked men tried to burglarize a home at 11 West 24th Street in Wilmington around 1pm Monday. A man confronted the suspect inside the home and was shot. The victim was taken to Christiana Hospital; his condition is unknown. The suspects fled down North Tatnall Street and are still on the loose.
