VIDEO: Tatnall Cross-Country sends five to Division I
Tatnall's cross-country program made a huge statement of its national strength by having five of its athletes sign Division I National Letters of Intent to compete at some of the top schools in the country Wednesday.
Pat Castagno's girls' team accounted for 4 of those 5, with State Champion Reagan Anderson choosing to head into SEC country by signing with Vanderbilt. She says she was "looking for a good balance of the social, academic, and athletic (atmospheres).

Julie Williams, who committed to Villanova, says the team atmosphere helped push all of them to the next level.

Soon to be a Lehigh Mountain Hawk, Lindsay Voltz says the workout program of Castagno is a big reason for her team's success, and that it has prepared her well to join the Patriot League team next year.

Rebecca Salter is heading to Virginia next year, and said that touring schools last Spring Break was a huge help in breaking down the long list of schools she originally considered.

Not to be forgotten with the success of the girl's team is Alex Giacco, who will be heading to Wake Forest, and says the success of the girls does nothing but motivate the boy's team to greater success.
