Delaware spared of snow, but some slippery spots Not much snow to speak of but some slippery spots as Delaware puts the effects of a winter storm in the rear view mirror. The same blizzard pounding New England dropped only a trace of snow here, although accompanied by gusty winds. Many roadways have been treated but those that haven't can be tricky as those winds freeze over some roadway areas. A winter weather advisory expired at 6a Saturday. The Accuweather forecast calls for mostly sunny skies Saturday with a high in the mid-30's.
