Judge forbids courthouse shooter's wife from seeing grandchildren
The wife of the declared courthouse shooter is slapped with a no-contact order.
A Delaware Family Court judge has forbid Lenore Matusiewicz of Texas from having any contact with her grandchildren.
Police say Lenore's husband, Thomas Matusiewicz fired the shots that killed her son's ex-wife Christine Belford and Belford's neighbor.
Attorney General Beau Biden says Lenore Matusiewicz is a danger to the children.
She was prosecuted in 2009 for helping her son David kidnap his three daughters, who he then took to Nicaragua, where they lived in a motor home Lenore Matusiewicz had bought.
She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison.
