Police issue Gold Alert for New Castle man County Police are looking for a New Castle man, who was last seen Friday. The Gold Alert is for 63-year-old Joseph Rhodes. He lives in New Castle's Overview Gardens community. He's described as a black male, five-foot-9, 175-pounds with short gray hair, a long gray mustache, and no teeth. Rhodes is known to frequent the Garfield Park PAL center, the Wawa, and the Popeyes on Route 13. Rhodes has a known medical condition that's got police concerned for his welfare.
