VIDEO: Tower Hill girls' lax rallies past Pa. school
Tower Hill girls' lacrosse team rallied to defeat The Hill School (Pa.) 15-10 Wednesday.
Hill School had a two goal lead going into the second half after Hilary Yoh scored with under two minutes to go making it 6-4 Rams.
Early in the second half, the Hillers started their comeback when Meghan Cobb scored to tie the game 6-6. A minute later Kiva Walsh scored to give Tower Hill the lead for good. The Hillers went on a scoring frenzy as they scored 5 goals in four minutes as they started to pull away.
After seven unanswered goals by the Hillers, Hill School's Yoh finally stopped the run when she scored to cut the deficit to 4 at 11-7. The Rams went 13 minutes between goals.
The Rams scored three goals in the final three minutes of regulation, but they were unable to get back into the game.
Tower Hill's Jenna Chodos led the team with 5 goals, while Meghan Cobb had 2 of her own. Tower Hill will be at Tatnall on Tuesday.
Yoh led The Hill School with 5 goals, while Libby Sitko contributed 4 goals of her own.
