City police seek triggerman in shooting

Wilmington police are looking for the triggerman in the city's most recent shooting, which has left the victim hospitalized.

Officers found the victim around 9:20 Friday night with a wound to the stomach near the 200 block of South Jackson Street.

He was conscious and able to tell officers he was shot during an argument with some other men, one of whom pulled a gun and shot him before all the suspects ran off.

The shooter's described as black, 18-to 25 years old, about 5-10 and 190 pounds, wearing a gray hoodie and dark winter hat.

The victim's hospitalized at Christiana.
