The Delaware Supreme Court is set to hear the appeal of a former pediatrician serving life in prison for sexually abusing scores of patients over more than a decade.

Attorneys for Earl Bradley are scheduled to make their argument before the court Wednesday.

The attorneys say a 2009 search of Bradley's former office complex in Lewes in which state police found videotape evidence was unconstitutional.

They argue that the search warrant did not properly identify the building from which the evidence was seized and that a computer flash drive containing videos of Bradley's sexual assaults does not meet the definition of medical files that were the supposed object of the search.

Prosecutors say the search was valid.

Bradley was sentenced last year to 14 life sentences without parole.
