Seven more homes in Wilmington's Little Italy neighborhood are ready for their owners to move in, thanks in part to Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County.

Habitat Friday dedicated the homes at 5th and DuPont Streets in Wilmington, bringing to 190 the number of homes the group has dedicated since 1986.

The Pavilion Homes were built in conjunction with Cornerstone West, a division of West End Neighborhood House, which completed 3 of a planned 10 homes and sold the rest to Habitat.

Habitat will sell the homes to their pre-qualified owners for what they cost to build, with zero-interest mortgages.
