| VIDEO: Don Voltz talks to Taylor Reynolds | Newark alum Taylor Reynolds will say goodbye to high school and hello to JMU after he competes in the DFRC Blue/Gold All-Star Football game Saturday.
The quarterback led Newark to an undefeated regular season before falling in the Division I state championship game to Middletown 27-24 last December.
Reynolds says getting to play in this game will be special, because he's grown up being a fan of players who donned the same jerseys before him.
"Just the players from Newark High School alone, I followed their history and I came to watch them when they played in Blue/Gold. It's an honor to be there to represent my school and my community today."

There will be no rest for Taylor, after the game he will pack and head to Harrisonburg, Virginia on Sunday to begin preparations to join James Madison University, a CAA rival of Delaware.
He says this week has helped prepare for college.
"This all-star game and this whole experience with the guys and going to training camp and eating and living in the dorms is preparing me for James Madison the following week, so I'll be in good shape."
