"Code Orange" day again in DE
By Frank Gerace

Another day, another "Code Orange" air quality alert for Delaware.

DNREC says like Wednesday, ground-level ozone amounts Thursday will reach a point where members of sensitive groups, including young children, the elderly and people with heart or respiratory problems, could have trouble breathing if they spend too much time outdoors, or engage in strenuous activity while they're out.

DNREC advises anyone who falls into those categories to limit their outdoor time.
