The goal is to find a permanent home eventually, but in the meantime council at its meeting approved Bell's resolution to enter into a five-year lease for a site nearby.

The site is near Churchmans and Airport Roads, and Bell says it has the potential for expansion under the lease agreement as the search for a permanent location continues.

The proposal includes the possibility of two, five-year lease extensions.
