Gas prices rise for the first time in months
By Jim Hilgen

Motorists saw a turnaround at the pump over the Fourth of July holiday.

According to Triple A Mid Atlantic a gallon of unleaded regular increased eight cents last week to a statewide average of $3.40.

Auto club spokesperson Jana Tidwell says gas prices may be holding steady for the rest of the summer.

She says analysts predict the price at the pump may begin falling again after Labor Day.
