New Castle man busted for 6th DUI
Some people never learn.
Like 52 year-old Michael Taggart of New Castle who was busted for his sixth DUI Saturday night.
Taggart was originally stopped for speeding when a state trooper smelled alcohol.
A subsequent search turned up about a half ounce of marijuana and 21 Xanax.
Facing several motor vehicle and drug related charges, Taggart is in custody after failing to post bail.
