DNREC investigating DE City Refinery SO2 release
DNREC is investigating a sulfur dioxide release from the Delaware City refinery.
The agency says 481 pounds of the chemical, considered hazardous by the EPA, were released shortly after 3 PM Monday due to an unspecified equipment malfunction that has been fixed.
