A teen is shot in Wilmington and police get little help from the victim about who shot him.

A 19 year old showed up at St. Francis Hospital in a private vehicle late Wednesday night with a gunshot wound and was later taken to Christiana, where he's listed in good condition.

He told police he was walking on the 300 block of Greenhill Avenue, approaching 4th Street, when three to four men walked up behind him and he realized he'd been shot.

The investigation continues.
