DNREC stocks White Clay Creek with rainbow trout
Natural resources officials say 1,000 pounds of rainbow trout have been stocked throughout White Clay Creek.
The Delaware Division of Fish and Wildlife said Thursday fish stocked in the fall should provide plenty of fishing throughout the winter.
Fishers are reminded that in addition to Delaware's normal fishing license requirements, most anglers also must buy a trout stamp.
Anglers under the age of 16 and residents age 65 and older are not required to purchase fishing licenses.
