Wilmington PD nab serial burglar

A serial burglar is off the streets after Wilmington police catch him in the act.
Responding to a burglary in progress, officers found 65 year-old Kenneth Gould in a home on the 1400 block of West 8th Street.
The Bear man has 23 previous convictions on burglary and other charges and was wanted on several outstanding warrants.
Gould was sent to the Young Correctional Institution after failing to post bail.
