AAA: Gas prices down; could still hit average high
By Frank Gerace

Triple-A Mid-Atlantic says even though gas prices have come down recently, they're still on track to hit their highest average ever.

As of Wednesday, the national average price for a gallon of regular is 3.63, the lowest it's been since August 7th.

The auto club attributes the decline to diminishing supply issues and weakening demand, and says prices could drop between 5 and 15 cents in each of the next 3 weeks.

Delaware's average price is 3.64, compared to Pennsylvania's 3.76 and South Jersey's 3.57.
