Victim IDed in car vs. bus crash on I-95

We now have the name of the woman who died after a bus and car collided on I-95 near Newark during afternoon rush hour Wednesday.

The victim is Toni Koetzle of Maryland. State Police say she wasn't wearing her seatbelt when she was heading south on I-95 when she veered across several lanes and was struck by a BoltBus. Koetzle's car flipped over several times, killing her instantly. A passenger in the car, Trae Miller of Northeast, Maryland, is still hospitalized in critical condition.

The driver of the bus, Mamadou Badiane of Maryland wasn't hurt. Two passengers on the bus were treated and released.
