Delaware Bay in Hurricane Sandy's path

The eye of Hurricane Sandy is headed our way, though exact timing is still uncertain as the storm is still about 300 miles off the coast of South Carolina.
AccuWeather meteorologist Dan Pydynowski explained where Sandy's path is headed.
"What we are pretty confident of is that there is a window between the Delmarva and maybe Sandy Hook, New Jersey where the storm is going to come in. Anywhere in that area is where the center could come."

Pydynowski says not to get carried away with where the storm will hit.
"This is going to be a large storm with a large circulation, a large area of rain and wind. So, I don't want people to get too caught up on the exact center point, as the rain and the wind will spread out well in advance of the storm."

The intensity of Sandy hasn't wavered. Wind is predicted to reach 60-80 miles per hour, and 6-8 inches of rain is anticipated.
