Delmarva Power donates $20K to Delmarva Red Cross
By Amy Cherry

Delmarva Power is donating $20,000 to Red Cross disaster relief in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

Red Cross of Delmarva CEO Pat Delaney says the generous gift shows the two are community partners. The Red Cross will use the money to provide immediate emergency assistance to victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The donation is part of a larger $80,000 gift from Delmarva's parent company, Pepco Holdings, to the Red Cross across all regions.
