A joint operation between Middletown and New Castle County police results in the arrest of a brother and sister who allegedly sold marijuana out of their home.

Police say they seized almost 150 grams of marijuana and more than $5,500 in suspected drug money at the home of 21-year-old Jalea White and her 22-year-old brother Hassan, located on the 700 block of Wood Duck Court in the Estates of Dove Run community.

Complaints of drug sales at the home led to the search warrant executed on Friday--police discovered marijuana, grinders, digital scales and bags used for drug distribution inside the residence.

Police say they were were able to confirm pot was being packaged and sold from the home.

Jalea White faces charges of intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and synthetic marijuana and has been released on $5,000 unsecured bail. Hassan White faces marijuana and paraphernalia charges and has been released on $600 unsecured bail.
