Bullock wins NCCo Council President

Democrat Chris Bullock wins big in his race for New Castle County Council President.
Bullock earned 65 percent of the vote, his Republican opponent Michael Protack held a distant second place with 35 percent.
Bullock is the founder and pastor of Canaan Baptist Church of New Castle.
