Tatnall, CSW and Salesianum win team, individual honors at XCC championships

Highlights from the DIAA Cross Country Championship races

Tatnall was the big winner at the DIAA Cross Country Championship at Brandywine Creek State Park as the school's girls and boys teams finished in first place overall in both Division II races Saturday afternoon.

Tatnall Senior Reagan Anderson finished first in the Division II Girls championship race, finishing in 18:59.

Archmere Senior John Mascioli finished first in the boys' Division II race with a final time of 16:13 seconds while his team finished second behind Tatnall.

The Division I Girls championship race was won by Charter's Amanda Rickert who took 1st place by finishing in 19:58 despite recovering from a knee injury and trailing late in the race. Charter also won first place as a team overall in the girls' Division I championship race.

The Division I Boys championship race belonged to Salesianum as Junior Pat Hally finished the race in first place with a final time of 16:43 and the Sals took 1st place overall as a team with 26 points.
