One caught, two sought in beating, robbery of teen who sat in car
By Frank Gerace

Wilmington police have one woman in custody, but are looking for 2 others, in connection with the beating of a 17-year-old girl.

Police say the victim was sitting in a friend's car in the 200 block of North Franklin Street around 10:20 Sunday night when the suspects opened a door and attacked the teen while rifling through her pockets.

The suspects ran when the cops came, but a witness identified 31-year-old Rayva Prince of Wilmington, and led officers to her.

Prince is being held at the Baylor Womens' Prison on charges of
robbery, conspiracy, offensive touching and criminal mischief.

Police are asking anyone who knows where the other 2 suspects are to call them or Crimestoppers.
