One caught, two sought in Sussex shooting
By Frank Gerace

State Police have one suspect in custody, but are still looking for two others, in connection with a Sussex County shooting early Sunday morning.

Police say Jarrell Flowers of Georgetown was involved in the shooting of a 23-year-old man on Nika Lane near Martins Farm Road in Milton around 1:20 AM.

The victim, who was shot several times in the legs, is being treated for wounds police say aren't life-threatening.

Flowers turned himself in to detectives at Troop 4, but Mark Phillips of Greenwood and Teveya Brittingham of Lewes are still at large, and police are asking anyone who knows where Phillips and Brittingham may be to call Troop 4 or Crimestoppers.
