Bear store manager accused of selling illegal cigarettes
A Bear man is under arrest for selling illegal cigarettes.
Acting on a tip, Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement agents say they found nearly 200 packs of out-of-state cigarettes being sold at the Express Food Mart on Pulaski Highway.
The store's manager Varun Modh faces charges of possession and sale of untaxed tobacco along with conspiracy.
