Wilmington man charged in fatal Oct. crash
A Wilmington man has been charged in the death of a New Castle man in a vehicle accident back in October.
63-year-old Goldwire Jackson turned himself in Tuesday to state police and was charged with operation of a vehicle causing death of another person.
Police say Jackson's panel truck hit a parked truck and camper along Route 1 in Smyrna October 8th, killing 37-year-old Michael Stigler.
Jackson was released on $1,000 unsecured bond.
