Troopers seek bike-riding cash-snatcher
State Police are investigating the robbery of a pedestrian by a man who sped by on a bike.
Police say the victim was walking along Route 273 with some cash after leaving a bank around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon when the suspect came by and snatched the cash envelope from the victim's hand.
The suspect kept riding toward the Georgetown Manor Apartments, and is described as black, 30 to 35 years old, 6 feet to 6 feet 3 inches tall and 180 to 230 pounds, with braided hair and a beard.
