Wilmington Christian powers past Archmere

| VIDEO: Highlights of WC vs. Archmere | Wilmington Christian's Dan Toney led a balanced effort with 14 points as the Warriors bounced back from a loss with a 57-30 runaway victory over Archmere Wednesday.
The Warriors (2-1), who were coming off a 2nd place finish in the A.I. Tip-Off Classic, scored the first six points of the game including a Nate Hickman basket and assist on a Toney layup.
Archmere cut the lead down to 12-9 in the second quarter, but could get no closer as Wilmington Christian scored the 11 of the last 13 points of the half to go into break up 22-11.
The 3rd quarter proved to be the difference as back-to-back threes by Alex Vasquez-Ciarrocchi and Michael Harris helped push the lead up to 15.
Hickman, who entered the game averaging 24.0 points per game, scored 11 points but provided plenty of assists, including 4 to Jake Sipala who finished with 10 points.
Sean Deely led the Auks (1-1) with 7 points.
