Middletown man arrested in Newark vehicle thefts
A Middletown man is arrested in a string of thefts from vehicles.
Newark Police say Robert Davis was riding around on a bike through several neighborhoods where homeowners saw him pulling on vehicle door handles Sunday.
When police caught up with him, they say Davis was in possession of loose change, money, an FM transmitter, and an iPhone, all from cars on Kells Avenue.
Davis is out on 14-thousand-dollars bail.
