Westside Family Health opens new center in Middletown

| Westside Family Health cuts the ribbon in their new Middletown facility. | The rapidly growing city of Middletown now has a new health care center.
Westside Family Healthcare's new health center is centrally located on Main Street in Middletown.
President and CEO Lolita Lopez tells WDEL they're starting small and are excited to serve Middletown, Odessa, Townsend, and northern Kent County.
"We want to be your medical home, and we provide family medicine and as well as supportive services that are needed based on the needs of the community," says Lopez.

They're also embracing new technology. Lopez says all patient records will be kept electronically. Patients can access their own medical records through a portal on their web site. They also do e-prescriptions that are sent directly to the pharmacy.
