DE to join 6 other states in suing EPA
By Frank Gerace

Attorney General Biden's office says Delaware will join six other states in suing the federal government for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act.

In a statement issued Tuesday, Biden's office claims the EPA has violated the Clean Air Act by not taking steps to deal with methane gas emissions from the oil and gas industry.

The AG's office claims Delaware, as a low-lying state, will be adversely affected in the coming years by rising sea levels related to global warming.

Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, Vermont and New York, all states with Democratic AG's and, except for Rhode Island, all with Democratic Governors, are also suing.
