Elsmere teens charged with stealing pickup truck, going on joyride in Wilm.
Two teenaged boys from Elsmere are under arrest after they allegedly stole a pick-up truck.
Wilmington police say the teens, ages 16 and 17, ran through a stop sign at 3rd and North Clayton Streets around 11:20 Saturday morning.
The boys bailed out of the black Ford pickup after officers stopped it in the 300 block of Delamore Place, and the cops chased them to a house in the 100 block of Rodney Street, where the boys were arrested.
They're now in the custody of their guardians.
