Troopers seek suspect in convenience store and restaurant holdups
State Police are looking for a Wilmington man they say held up a convenience store and a restaurant Sunday.
Police say Robert Alley implied he was armed when he demanded cash from a clerk at the Wawa in the Salem Village Square Shopping Center on Salem Church Road around 2:45 AM .
Alley made off on foot with some money, and around 7:15 PM, Alley went behind the counter at the Hibachi Express restaurant on Kirkwood Highway, opened the register and started taking cash.
When a worker confronted him, Alley again implied he was armed and walked off with the money.
Alley's charged with first-degree robbery and wearing a disguise during a felony, you can see a photo of him at wdel.com, and anyone with information can call Troop 2 or Crimestoppers.
