Middletown's offbeat New Year's tradition continues with the annual Hummer's Parade.

The skies were gray in Middletown, but several hundred people turned out to see floats that make a point.

Among the topics covered were the fiscal cliff, and TV shows like "Hoarders" and "Duck Dynasty".

Some others came out to offer their unique take on why to legalize marijuana.

The floats for this loosely organized event are usually built on someone's car, or more likely truck.
