Wilmington Police cuff city man in attempted break in
A 49 year old man is accused of trying to break in to the St. Patrick's Center on East 14th Street.
Jerome Clark of the 700 block of East 11th Street was picked up on King Street Tuesday afternoon.
Police say he tried to get inside the center by breaking a window but took off.
He's free on bail.
