Shots fired in Rosegate community
County Police are investigating an apparent shooting in New Castle.
It happened in the Rosegate community on Revis Lane. Police say multiple shots were fired--though they can't find any victims.
They've located a car that was damaged by bullets and say they believe two men were shooting at each other.
