2 charged with shooting at police officer's house
State Police have charged two men with attempted murder after shots were fired at a police officer's home near Laurel.
Troopers say shots were fired at a Dewey Beach police officer's home on Dec. 27. No one was injured, and an investigation began.
Police arrested 20-year-old Orrin Joudrey of Delmar, Md., after a traffic stop early Wednesday. Authorities say a search of his vehicle turned up shotgun and rifle ammunition.
Police went to the home of David Watson II of Laurel, where officers say Joudrey was staying. Troopers say a search of Watson's home turned up a 12-gauge shotgun and a7.62 mm rifle ammunition.
Joudrey and Watson were arrested on attempted murder and other charges.
